 Have you ever felt the weight of a decision, knowing that it could change the course of your life—yet wondered if you're truly ready to commit for the short or long haul – or thought is this even the right choice or change for me? You are not alone.  

Welcome to Beyond to Freedom this is a solo episode with me your host, Paula and we are embarking on a journey together of practical wisdom and inspirational teachings based in both personal development, bible scripture and faith-based teachings for everyday living.

In this episode we are delving into how much power our choices really have over our health – mental, physical and the most important of them all spiritual health? The importance in understanding what will possibly influence our choices and that the commitment to our choices rooted in faith, that transforms our lives for the long term. The written word is there to help us with our free will and choices and there is power in intentional choices – choices that align with your spiritual and personal growth.  God's will for our lives BUT we cannot forget that God gives us 'Free Will' to make our choices and it is upto us to be sure that these choices and changes we make are in alignment with God's purpose for us.
